About The Position

Culligan of Billings is seeking a Commercial Service Technician to join their team. This role involves servicing, installing, and repairing commercial and industrial water treatment equipment. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing face-to-face customer service, and communicating customer information to other dealership departments. The position offers a 4-day work week and the opportunity to represent the Culligan brand in the community.

Requirements

1-year previous experience in commercial/industrial water treatment or 3-5 years of experience in electrical or plumbing industry
Mechanical inclination and problem-solving skills
High level of motivation to complete assigned tasks in an efficient and effective manner
Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently, critical thinking is a must for this job
Ability to work under deadlines and physically demanding conditions (ability to move product that is up to 185 lbs)
Superb verbal and written communications skills
Valid driver's license
Safe driving record
Must pass DOT physical exam
Subject to a pre-employment background check, drug screening, and DOT physical upon offer of employment

Responsibilities

Service, install, and repair commercial and industrial water treatment equipment
Troubleshoot technical issues
Provide face-to-face customer service to existing and prospective customers
Communicate vital customer information to other dealership departments
Represent Culligan in the community in a safe and professional manner
Go above and beyond to meet customers’ needs
Promote and sell other Culligan products and services
