About The Position
Kaat's Culligan is seeking a Commercial & Industrial Sales Representative to join their team. This role involves working with a guaranteed mature territory and a large customer base. The company has been in business for 90 years and is a locally owned, 3rd generation business focused on integrity, safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Looking for an individual who has a positive attitude.
- The individual should be a self-starter and show initiative and intuition.
- Excellent customer communications and service
- Valid Driver’s License
Nice To Haves
- Prior outside sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
- Contact current commercial customers in person, analyze customer needs and services.
- Upgrade current commercial customer’s equipment and services.
- Responsible for all Leads in guaranteed territory.
- Follow up on self-generated leads.
