About The Position

Adams Bank & Trust is seeking a team-centric, detail- and goal-oriented individual to join their loan support team at their new branch location in Dewey-Prescott Valley, AZ. This is a family-owned regional bank with 23 locations across Nebraska, Colorado, Kansas, and Arizona, offering Commercial, Agriculture, Retail, Trust, and Financial Advising services, along with online and app capabilities. Requirements

Ability to assist a team of bankers in management of client relationships.
Ability to maintain files/relationships in conformity with bank policy and regulatory requirements.
Willingness to be cross-trained to help back up the in-branch retail team.
Ability to assist lead officers with request for yearly financials from borrowers.
Ability to complete all financial input prep assigned by banker.
Ability to build a thorough knowledge of client files and accounts.
Ability to provide effective customer service with the lead banker.
Ability to strengthen, maintain and expand client relationships.
Ability to take an active role in the full Credit Approval Process.
Ability to gather, compile, and submit all documentation required by Credit Analyst Department.
Ability to process initial loan application/spread financial information.
Possess a full understanding of loan packet preparation.
Ability to complete Credit Presentation Checklist, Loan Officer Comments, and compile full loan packet.
Ability to call on existing and prospective clients.
Ability to conduct collateral inspection on selected clients.
Ability to assist with administrative/clerical functions.

Responsibilities

Assisting a team of bankers in the management of client relationships.
Maintaining files and relationships in conformity with bank policy and regulatory requirements.
Cross-training to back up the in-branch retail team with teller transactions, deposit account maintenance, and customer traffic.
Assisting lead officers with requests for yearly financials from borrowers and completing financial input preparation.
Building thorough knowledge of client files and accounts to provide effective customer service with the lead banker.
Strengthening, maintaining, and expanding client relationships through professional support for Consumer and Commercial Bankers.
Taking an active role in the full Credit Approval Process, including gathering, compiling, and submitting documentation for loan applications and financial information.
Completing loan packet preparation, including the Credit Presentation Checklist, Loan Officer Comments, and compiling the full loan packet.
Calling on existing and prospective clients as part of ongoing business development.
Conducting collateral inspections on selected clients under the direction and supervision of the lead banker.
Assisting Commercial and Consumer bankers with administrative/clerical functions.
