Cennox is hiring an experienced Commercial Alarm Bank Technician for its growing Electronic Security division in Hartford, Connecticut. The position involves inspecting and maintaining security systems and ATM equipment, including scheduled inspections, surveys, project work, cleanings, signage updates, and minor refurbishments. Requirements

Be tech-savvy, with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and eagerness to learn new skills.
Have a strong work ethic and ability to work independently, reliably meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision.
Have strong communication and customer-service skills.
Be able to interpret and execute written instructions.
Hold a valid driver's license and have a driving record in good standing.
Be able to lift or move 50 or more pounds and stand, climb, bend, stoop, and reach freely.
Be able to work indoors and outdoors in all weather and sit or drive for extensive daily travel.
Have good hand/eye coordination and sharp eyesight.

Responsibilities

Perform scheduled inspections and surveys of security systems and bank equipment.
Complete related project work.
Perform scheduled cleanings, update signage, and carry out minor refurbishments on bank equipment, including Automated Teller Machines.
Travel to work locations, including driving for extensive periods as required.
