Requirements

  • An associate degree in business or related field for all levels is required. Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education.
  • Level II: Requires three years’ administrative support experience within lending, two of which must be within commercial lending.
  • Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority.
  • Notary Public.
  • Completion of applicable HMDA Training is required for Sr Level.
  • Knowledge of commercial loan documentation with increased corresponding proficiency for position level.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet group objectives within established or expected tight deadlines.
  • Ability to handle situations with tact, diplomacy, and discretion.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

  • Performing due diligence to comply with regulatory guidance, while ensuring proper loan documentation and funding has been completed in accordance with credit approval(s) and/or purchase contract(s).
  • Collaborating with the Loan Assistants and Credit Analysts to review and ensure the completed accuracy of all pre-closing and post-closing documents, by creating, and monitoring loan documentation exceptions, and record retention elements.
  • Posting funding sheets and other items as required.
