About The Position

Build a robust quality pipeline of Commercial Accounts to be closed in a timely manner. Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close of products. Works within the sales support teams for the achievement of customer happiness, revenue generation and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.

Requirements

  • College degree is required.
  • Five to ten years of highly successful field sales experience of complex sophisticated solution selling with Business to Business type of services.
  • Experience developing formal partnerships.
  • Experience within the telecommunications and/or technology industry.
  • Competency in all professional selling skills: prospecting, planning, strategy, pipeline management, forecasting, competitive management, presenting, building value propositions, closing, relationship development, client management.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex sales cycles at the same time.
  • Ability to translate telecom and technology knowledge into a business solution.
  • Outstanding communications skills (Bilingual; oral and written) for clients’ presentations, supervisors and peers.
  • Implement solution-based sales strategies and uncover new business opportunities.
  • Service Oriented — actively looking for ways to help people.
  • Critical Thinking — using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
  • Basic Project Management knowledge.
  • Advance computer knowledge able to produce high-quality reports.
  • Knowledgeable on current events and business trends.

Responsibilities

  • Effective prospecting and lead development on a daily basis.
  • Contact prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in-person contacts, networking, and referrals to obtain appointments.
  • Identify potential new customers through cold calling and/or canvassing within the assigned segment.
  • Report and track prospects, sales efforts, and customer interactions.
  • Manage pipeline for speedy progression of prospects to customers.
  • Develop the best approach/strategy to move prospects through the funnel.
  • Schedule and hold appointments with owners, IT managers, or CFO to assess telecommunications needs and other business challenges on a weekly basis, including ETS staff and/or managers as WorldNet support if necessary.
  • Engage ETS staff in the technical aspects of the opportunity.
  • Present products/services that are aligned to the customer's needs.
  • Actively listen to others.
  • Identify and agree specific requirements through effective questioning.
  • Uncover each prospect’s pain or problem.
  • Ensure predictable forecast every month.
  • Close sale by demonstrating benefit to the customer; explaining cost involved; obtaining contract signatures.
  • Handle all elements of the account, including daily communication with the client and internal resources.
  • Consistently comply with and surpass assigned sales objectives every month.
  • Comply in excellence with proper sales documentation & CRM system on a daily basis.
  • Consistently comply with department overall KPIs to accomplish monthly sales goals (Meet key objectives such as: Total Visits, Leads, Proposals, Closing Ratio & Quota objectives).
  • Develop and ensure a strong business relationship with clients to maximize new business opportunities and retain them on a monthly basis.
  • Create and maintain a system for generating customer referrals.
  • Participate in trade shows, industry events and customer entertainment activities.
  • Support sales, promotional and corporate events representing the Company.
  • Constantly learn through trainings, seminars and other learning methods, current and new products and services from WorldNet and its competitors for better knowledge and understanding of the needs of the markets served.
  • Perform any other duty as required.
