The Commercial Account Manager (CAM) is the primary sales and relationship liaison between Anatomy and our customers. You will provide direction to our customers related to their technical roadmap and their workstations, servers, storage, and networking, often from multiple vendors. Having a project management mindset is helpful as there are lots of moving parts on a day-to-day basis. In the CAM role you will work with a high volume of clients. You will be tasked with developing a relationship and becoming a trusted advisor to our customers. You will be the face of Anatomy to our customers and in turn be their voice within Anatomy. This position requires a highly motivated team player with excellent interpersonal skills. This position is remote and sits within our commercial team. You will do great things in this role if you are a customer advocate at heart, understand customer health and risk mitigation, aren’t afraid to ask the hard questions, and can ferret out upsell opportunities. If you have a strong background in IT that is even better as often AMs do end up providing consultation to the customers to help them determine what they need to be successful.
