About The Position

As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be at the forefront of complex commercial insurance, partnering with sophisticated clients and senior insurer stakeholders. You will work closely with broking teams, administration, and Producers to provide a premium client experience, acting as a trusted advisor. The role seeks a commercial insurance professional with deep commercial lines expertise who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and aims to be a leader in Commercial Insurance. This position is for someone energized by complex accounts, influential client partnerships, and the opportunity to make a significant impact within Western Canada’s fastest-growing commercial team. Requirements

  • Level 2 General Insurance License is required.
  • 1-3 years of client-facing commercial insurance experience, with direct responsibility for commercial accounts.
  • Proven ability to lead renewal planning and marketing strategy for sophisticated clients, including insurer negotiations and managing timelines/priorities.
  • Confident, polished communication skills with the ability to advise senior client contacts.
  • Proactive, self-directed, and highly organized with strong attention to detail in documentation and follow-through.
  • Works well in a fast-paced, client-focused environment managing multiple competing priorities.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Epic is an asset but not required.
