About The Position

Krause Auto Group is seeking an experienced, motivated, and relationship-driven Commercial Account Manager to help grow our commercial vehicle sales and service business. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with experience in commercial fleet sales, business development, and customer relationship management who thrives on building partnerships and generating new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, prospecting, and developing long-term business relationships while working closely with both the Sales and Service departments to support commercial clients. Requirements

  • Previous experience in commercial automotive sales and/or service required
  • Proven business development and lead generation experience
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
  • Professional appearance and presentation
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work flexible schedules as needed for client meetings and events
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new commercial business opportunities
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with fleet and commercial customers
  • Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and community engagement
  • Maintain regular communication with commercial clients to strengthen partnerships and drive retention
  • Act as the primary point of contact for commercial account customers
  • Partner with Sales and Service departments to support commercial customer needs
  • Promote commercial vehicle sales, fleet solutions, and service capabilities
  • Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely scheduling and support for commercial accounts
  • Help commercial customers develop maintenance and service plans for their fleets
  • Assist in creating solutions tailored to each customer’s operational needs
  • Track prospecting activity, pipeline growth, and customer engagement efforts
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up schedules
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity within the commercial space
  • Collaborate with dealership leadership to develop strategies for commercial growth
  • Represent Krause Auto Group professionally at networking events, trade shows, and community events
