We’re looking for a motivated B2B sales professional to join our growing team at Triangle Water Services, the local independent Culligan dealer serving the Raleigh-Durham market. In this role, you’ll primarily cover the Durham and Chapel Hill territory, helping businesses across the Triangle upgrade from bottled water, water fountains, and outdated coolers to modern bottle-free water and ice systems. You’ll work with medical practices, government agencies, contractors, manufacturers, and professional offices — helping them improve water quality, reduce waste, and lower long-term costs. This is a relationship-driven outside sales role with a strong mix of prospecting, referrals, and account expansion. Realistic first-year OTE: $80,000 – $120,000+ (uncapped commissions) Realistic quota: 8–15 units per month.
