Requirements

  • A strong track record of Sales in a SaaS environment.
  • 1-3 years in a B2B SaaS Sales role.
  • Able to work 2-3 days in our Charlotte, NC office.
  • Comfortable discussing technical products and simplifying complex ideas for different audiences.
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage long and sometimes complex sales processes.
  • Self-motivated, with a focus on results.
  • Ability to attend industry events and travel to client site as required.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Willingness to learn; we value continuous learning and want those who are keen to develop themselves.

Responsibilities

  • Understand the needs of potential customers quickly and efficiently, demonstrating how ScreenCloud's platform can solve their communication challenges.
  • Identify opportunities and manage high-velocity sales processes from start to finish.
  • Ensure clients see the immediate value in ScreenCloud's offerings.
  • Manage multiple deals simultaneously, with an average deal size of $5k-$10k and a typical sales cycle of 3-4 weeks.
  • Build trust and rapport rapidly with prospects.
  • Master ScreenCloud products and services to act as a trusted advisor, understanding customer needs before they recognize them.
  • Provide quick, insightful solutions and guide prospects through a streamlined sales process.
  • Create engaging and effective sales presentations, tailored to client needs (Product Demos).
  • Navigate sales cycles at a speed comfortable for customers while maintaining control (Lead the Sales Process).
  • Encourage prospect/customer site visits to learn more about them and their use cases (Meet in Person).
  • Develop robust account plans and stakeholder maps for key accounts (Thoughtful Planning).
  • Design creative outreach strategies and support account-based marketing activities and campaigns to unearth leads (Lead Generation).
  • Leverage partner integrations to differentiate ScreenCloud and encourage partner sales reps to open doors to potential ScreenCloud customers (Channel Activity).
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms, alongside the contract management team (Close).
