About The Position

Sprocket Security prioritizes offensive security for enterprises, empowering them to build robust defense strategies based on individual business risk. At Sprocket Security, we've built an expert-driven Continuous Penetration Testing platform that blends cutting-edge automated and manual testing methods. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will drive sales strategy and execution to commercial accounts in your assigned territory. Your mission will be to develop new business for our expert-driven Continuous Penetration Testing Platform. Our platform empowers enterprises to safeguard their digital assets and infrastructure proactively.

Requirements

• Proven and quantifiable success in a sales role. This could be overachievements in a senior BDR role or as a commercial AE.
• Proven experience selling SaaS products.
• You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, where you are the driving force behind every stage of the sales funnel.
• You must be a hunter, not a farmer.
• Proven record of achieving or exceeding your targets.
• Must be able to demonstrate.
• Can clearly demonstrate ability to learn new technical concepts.
• Clear and Concise communication skills.
• Ability to perform presentations.

Nice To Haves

• Proven experience selling Cyber Security SaaS products.
• Experience working both direct and with partners in the sales cycle.
• Active participation in the cybersecurity community.
• Record of exceeding sales quotas and achieving prestigious recognition, such as Presidents Club or equivalent sales club status.
• Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Hunt for net new business.
• Own the full sales cycle from identifying new prospects to closing deals.
• Exceed quota and drive revenue growth to help position Sprocket Security as a market leader.
• Identify and understand the unique technical needs of our clients.
• Guide them toward the appropriate solutions.
• Collaborate with our Business Development Representatives to identify new strategies for prospecting.
• Continuously refine and improve our sales processes.
• Drive a culture of sales excellence and participate in organisational development by sharing best practice.
• Participate actively in the cybersecurity community, attending events and contributing to thought leadership.
• Showcase our expertise and build strong industry relationships.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to create informative content that amplifies the value of our services.
• Establish and nurture relationships with the partner ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Service Delivery and Product Management.
