Requirements

  • A strong interest in B2B sales and a passion for learning.
  • Great communication skills—confident speaking to people and enjoy building relationships.
  • Self-motivation and a drive to achieve (like to set goals and crush them).
  • Comfort with technology, including basic computer skills and willingness to learn CRM tools.
  • Valid driver’s license and transportation to meet with local customers.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and connect with local businesses to introduce Clearwave Fiber and uncover their connectivity needs.
  • Develop sales skills through training, mentorship, and hands-on experience.
  • Build relationships with customers and become their go-to partner for telecom solutions.
  • Use CRM to track opportunities, follow up with prospects, and manage the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager and team to achieve goals.

  • Base Salary + Commission: $40,000 – $65,000 DOE base + uncapped commission potential.
