About The Position
The FrankCrum Insurance Agency (FCIA) is a local family-owned Commercial Insurance Agency with a diverse client base throughout the US. We are a consultative resource and provide detailed information to assist clients in making informed decision on their commercial insurance coverage needs. Our agency works with a wide range of industries and types of coverage and since our beginning in 2008, our agency has maintained steady growth, stability, and success. We are growing and looking for a full-time, licensed 2-20, Commercial Account Executive - (Property and Casualty) position! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by being responsible for the day-to-day management of our mid-sized to largest and most complex client accounts with the potential for future growth.
Requirements
- Florida 2-20 General Lines License in good standing
- 1-3 years of commercial insurance industry experience
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of AMS360 prefered
Responsibilities
- Prequalifies all requests for quotes to determine eligibility and interest.
- Delivers positive customer service by responding promptly to questions and concerns from clients regarding commercial insurance products and services.
- Handle entire renewal process from submission to presentation to binding.
- Builds, expands, and solidifies relationships with existing and new clients to include processing policy changes, endorsements, binders, policy checking, contract reviews, etc.
- Supports Account Managers throughout the sales and servicing process.
- Administratively supports the Agency Vice President.
- Assist with Certificates of Insurance
- Attend Client meetings in person or virtually up to 3 times a year with upper management.
