Shine Facility Services is hiring a Commercial Account Executive to help us continue growing throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. This is a field-based relationship sales role focused on running qualified appointments, conducting site walkthroughs, presenting proposals, and closing commercial service contracts. Our inside sales team handles lead generation and appointment setting so you can focus on meeting prospects, understanding their needs, building and presenting proposals and winning business. You will also maintain existing relationships to encourage retention and referrals. This role is designed for someone who wants to focus on selling, relationship building, running appointments, and closing deals without spending their day cold prospecting. Shine Facility Services provides commercial janitorial and facility support services throughout the Bay Area. We are known for responsiveness, professionalism, and long-term client relationships, and we are building a sales team designed for long-term growth.
