About The Position

As an Acquisition Sales Executive at UiPath, you will help organizations across the Northeast territory transform how work gets done by adopting agentic AI and automation. Your focus will be driving meaningful revenue growth across new and existing commercial customers by positioning UiPath as a strategic AI partner, not just a software provider. You will operate across the customer organization, from executive leadership to operational and technical stakeholders, helping customers understand how agentic AI can deliver real business outcomes. You will be part of a high-performing GTM Acquisition team that moves quickly, thinks commercially, and works closely with customers and partners to create measurable value. Requirements

  • Proven experience to actively target, prospect, and close Net New customer
  • A competitive track record of demonstrating an acquisition first mindset
  • Curious about AI and emerging technology and can explain complex concepts in a clear, practical way.
  • Strong account planning discipline, take a research-driven approach to your territory, and proactively identify opportunities through business-led conversations.
  • Confident navigating complex customer organizations, building relationships across functions and seniority levels, and collaborating effectively with internal teams and partners.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter mentality.

Responsibilities

  • Own a defined commercial territory in the Northeast and build a clear, data-driven strategy to grow revenue across both new logos and existing customers.
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual targets through value-based, outcome-focused sales execution.
  • Lead complex sales cycles, engage senior decision makers and articulate how agentic AI and automation can improve efficiency, resilience, and financial performance.
  • Represent UiPath in the market as a trusted advisor, sharing insights and customer stories that position us as a leader in enterprise AI.
  • Work closely with partners and systems integrators to generate opportunities and ensure customers are set up for long-term success.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing to maximize customer value and progress deals effectively.
  • Stay close to market developments, competitors, and emerging AI use cases in order to anticipate customer needs and create demand.
