About The Position

Joining Triple Canopy in this role allows you to leverage your expertise to help detect and prevent acts of violence against a corporation's assets through their Global Security Operations Center located in midtown Manhattan, New York City. This position requires on-the-job training. You will need to attend and successfully complete the job training, and you may also be required to complete additional training as a condition of continued employment. Failure to successfully complete the required courses in accordance with Constellis/Triple Canopy or Client standards and policies may result in demotion or termination, as determined by management and appropriate procedures.

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess a minimum of one (1) year of specialized experience in security operations, command center operations, or law enforcement.
  • On a case-by-case basis, a combination of education and work experience may be used to meet total qualification requirements for this position.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in a SOC, NOC, or IT Operations Role supporting enterprise-scale environment
  • General working knowledge of Microsoft cloud and SaaS platforms, including 0365, Azure AD, Exchange, and SharePoint
  • Familiarity with enterprise voice, collaboration, and compliance platforms (e.g. Zoom, Global Relay, Verint)
  • Working knowledge of cross-functional IT and facilities incident scenarios, including response to power disruptions, HVAC failures, water leaks, and other building operations events that intersect with security operations

Responsibilities

  • Execute GSOC service delivery by performing incident intake, monitoring, triage, escalation, documentation, and incident management across security, safety, and operational events.
  • Monitor global physical security and technical security systems, to include access control, CCTV/VMS, duress alarms, fire/life-safety alarms, workplace violence reporting lines, and travel/event risk alerts.
  • Support incident response coordination for security incidents, unauthorized access, emergencies, and policy violations to ensure timely notification and escalation to supervisors and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate and timely incident logs, reports, and system records to ensure compliance with client reporting and quality standards
  • Conduct routine testing and health checks of security systems and alerting tools; report deficiencies and assist with remediation tracking.
  • Process and assess intelligence and information using approved OSINT and monitoring platforms, escalating relevant findings to GSOC leadership.
  • Assist the wider global security team and its partners to manage emergencies and resolve incidents.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with GSOC partners to include cyber, facilities, and enterprise technology teams
  • Support shift operations, including handovers, coverage continuity, and adherence to assigned schedules, including overtime and rotational shifts as required.
  • Assist GSOC leadership with after action reviews and continuous improvement exercises
