About The Position

The Command Center Flex Officer is responsible for monitoring security cameras, addressing alarms and fire panels, answering phones, and directing Mobile Officers. This role also involves conducting proper sign-in procedures for access control to ensure the safety and security of the premises. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, excellent customer service, and solid written communication skills for drafting incident reports and daily activity logs. Officers must remain alert, professional, and responsive, maintaining a visible security presence and providing assistance to employees, visitors, and contractors. Requirements

Valid Driver's License (DL)
Driver Training
Command Center trained
Strong computer skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work collaboratively with a team
Solid written communication skills for drafting incident reports, daily activity logs, and other documentation
Must remain alert, professional, and responsive
Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard
Must pass a drug screen and background check
Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time, and may involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain
Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds

Responsibilities

Address alarms and fire panels

Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by actively monitoring the premises
Patrol a variety of locations
Preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area
Provide customer service and information to a client's employees and customers
