About The Position

Ultimate Heating, Air & Plumbing is seeking a passionate Comfort Advisor to help homeowners improve their comfort, efficiency, and peace of mind by providing customized HVAC solutions. This critical role involves educating homeowners, recommending the right solutions, and delivering an outstanding customer experience from consultation to close. The ideal candidate is driven, customer-focused, and motivated by unlimited earning potential, joining a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • 24+ years old with a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana)
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in HVAC or home services
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Customer-focused with a consultative sales approach
  • Ability to manage multiple appointments and prioritize effectively
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Comfortable using technology, tablets, and CRM software
  • Comfort Advisor: 2+ years (Required)
  • Valid Driver's License (Required)

Nice To Haves

  • 2+ years of Comfort Advisor experience
  • 3+ years of HVAC industry experience
  • Experience using ServiceTitan
  • Knowledge of residential HVAC systems and indoor air quality products
  • Experience presenting financing options
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • HVAC Industry: 3+ years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct professional in-home comfort consultations
  • Evaluate customer needs and recommend customized HVAC solutions
  • Build trust through education, honesty, and professionalism
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through installation
  • Conduct in-home consultations to evaluate homeowners' comfort needs
  • Recommend HVAC systems, indoor air quality products, and comfort solutions
  • Present financing options and explain available programs
  • Build trust through honest recommendations and exceptional communication
  • Deliver a five-star customer experience throughout the sales process
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and answer questions
  • Achieve individual sales goals while maintaining company standards
  • Accurately prepare proposals, estimates, and sales documentation
  • Maintain organized customer records using ServiceTitan
  • Manage time effectively and maximize appointment opportunities
  • Continuously improve through coaching, training, and performance feedback
  • Represent Ultimate Heating, Air & Plumbing professionally at all times
  • Maintain product knowledge on HVAC systems, accessories, and financing options
  • Follow all company sales processes and procedures
  • Maintain accurate documentation and customer communication
  • Uphold company values with honesty and integrity
  • Work closely with Install Managers, Service Technicians, Dispatch, and Customer Service
  • Communicate effectively with leadership and support teams
  • Assist in achieving department and company goals
  • Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture
