About The Position

We invite full-time Residential Comfort Advisors to join our customer-obsessed team in Union, NJ. This is an uncapped, commission-based role with a stipend for your training period (1-3 months based on experience). Comfort Advisors here earn $150,000–$250,000+ in total compensation. Requirements

Self-motivated sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and continued growth mindset.
Proven track record in negotiation and overcoming objections in a consultative environment.
People champion: build relationships and interact positively with all levels of people.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with in-home sales.
Residential home services and/or HVAC systems is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Focus on Residential Services Sales, playing a critical role in the conversion of leads/prospects to customers, generating referrals, and building strategic customer relationships to maximize revenue for the organization.
Develop a consultative sales approach to build long-term client relationships.
Engage in live prospecting and follow-up to secure new business opportunities.
Explain multiple options to the client, keeping them updated with each service we provide and pricing.
Educate and assist customers in choosing the best options (quality and financial value) and servicing agreements.
Understand the customers' needs and offer relevant products, including promotions.
