About The Position

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Comedy Club Marketing Coordinator to support marketing campaigns aimed at increasing ticket sales, audience growth, brand visibility, and fan engagement across Live Nation’s comedy club portfolio. This role provides essential administrative, campaign, and creative support to the Comedy Club Marketing Team, involving research, asset coordination, digital advertising support, invoice processing, grassroots promotions, and post-event reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Extensive live entertainment knowledge: event planning, comedy, concert or sports marketing experience preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment while juggling multiple tasks.
  • 1-3 years of prior experience in event assisting/planning or marketing experience within an entertainment, sports or public assembly facility setting
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a very busy, high-pressure, team setting
  • Strong collaboration skills - can work well with navigating various stakeholders and teams

Responsibilities

  • Perform a range of administrative, campaign, and marketing support duties for the Comedy Club Marketing Team.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns that drive ticket sales and event awareness across multiple comedy clubs and markets.
  • Build and schedule owned CRM communications, including email newsletters and SMS campaigns, using approved creative, messaging, audience segments, and promotional offers.
  • Assist with digital advertising campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other paid media platforms.
  • Request artwork and other creative assets from internal design teams and help manage projects from initial request through delivery.
  • Research comic, audience, and market demographic information to help inform campaign strategy, targeting, and promotional plans.
  • Support organic social media efforts by coordinating approved graphics, videos, show information, and promotional messaging.
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of marketing and content calendars aligned with show announcements, on-sales, presales, holidays, tours, and local market opportunities.
  • Coordinate grassroots marketing campaigns, including ordering flyers and posters, shipping promotional materials, and supporting local community outreach.
  • Support presale, group sales, partner, festival, and community-based promotional initiatives.
  • Assist with in-venue marketing updates, including posters, signage, digital screens, and other promotional materials.
  • Ensure all necessary show and campaign information is accurately entered into Live Nation’s proprietary marketing tools and tracking systems.
  • Code and process incoming advertising and marketing invoices, maintain accurate records, and assist with resolving payment questions.
  • Gather campaign results and prepare event marketing recap reports, including key activities, performance metrics, learnings, and supporting materials.
  • Provide day-of-show marketing and event coverage as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing, Booking, Operations, and other internal teams to support show promotions and new programming initiatives.
  • Maintain organized campaign files, trackers, timelines, and documentation across a high volume of events.
  • Ability to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as dictated by show dates, campaign deadlines, and business needs.
  • Assist with additional duties and special projects as assigned.
