About The Position
Tarpon Specialty Services (aka Paloma Specialty Services) is hiring experienced Combo Welders for multiple openings in Ingleside, TX near Corpus Christi. Competitive pay, sign-on bonus, and immediate start dates for qualified candidates. We have active industrial and marine projects across Texas and need multi-process welders who can perform across disciplines. If you weld TIG and Flux, TIG and Stick, orbital, or ship applications — we have steady work waiting. Qualified candidates move through our hiring process fast and get to work quickly.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of welding experience with proficiency in multiple processes
- Demonstrated ability to weld GTAW (TIG) combined with FCAW (Flux) or SMAW (Stick)
- Ability to pass position-specific welding qualification tests
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
Nice To Haves
- Orbital welding experience a plus
- Experience in industrial, pipe, or marine environments preferred
- Familiarity with ASME, AWS, or applicable welding codes preferred
