Requirements

Must have knowledge of cars, trucks and SUV’s.
Must be able to follow shop safety protocols
Strong teamwork skills and willingness to participate in in-house training
Ability to operate all auto repair tolls
Basic computer skill
Strong communication skills
Physical strength and stamina, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Safety Management, Problem Solving, Dealing with Complexity, Analyzing Information
Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance.
Clean driving record

Responsibilities

Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures
Primary job is assisting in the blueprinting of damaged vehicles to complete accurate repair plans
Blueprinting includes disassembly of vehicles, documenting of damaged components, taking pictures of documented items, writing estimate in CCC One, proper storage of removed parts, checking/mirror matching of new parts, staging, vehicle for next step in repair process
Assist in other departments as needed and as time allows including, re-assembly, paint shop or detail.
Assist in shop clean up daily
Maintain a working knowledge of current industry best practices in automotive repair
Provide Dealership level of quality, cleanliness, and care on every vehicle
