About The Position

You will be a key contributor of providing Outstanding Customer Service by guiding and educating our customers throughout the repair process.
Requirements
- A valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to drive automatic and manual transmissions
- Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with production, parts and technicians to examine and diagnose physical damage
- Prepare preliminary visual estimates
- Share your repair knowledge and skills with others on your team
- Keep up-to-date knowledge on vehicle repair procedures
- Continuous learning through training classes
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
