About the Role As a Collision Repair Technician, you will play a pivotal role in restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition while delivering a world-class customer experience. You’ll: Perform thorough disassembly, repair, and reassembly of vehicles. Ensure structural integrity by repairing and realigning frames, panels, and body components. Use advanced tools and repair methods to achieve OEM-level quality and safety standards. Communicate and collaborate with teammates to meet repair timelines and KPIs. Deliver repaired vehicles with confidence, ensuring work is complete and customer-ready. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Successful completion of a technical school program OR a 3-year apprenticeship as an auto body repairer.
  • Ability to read job orders and work with very little supervision.
  • Ability to work with other repairers within an auto body shop.
  • Thorough understanding of methods and procedures to repair vehicle bodies.
  • A thorough understanding of how to use the tools required for the trade.
  • Must be able to work safely in a noisy area with many odors present.
  • Must be able to visually inspect vehicle damage in a variety of weather conditions.

Nice To Haves

  • Completion of a technical school program or an apprenticeship in auto body repair is preferred.
