About The Position

The Work involves the disassembly, repair, and reassembly of collision-damaged vehicles, including frame and structural repairs to OEM standards, and panel replacement, alignment, and body component repair. The role requires collaboration with the team to keep production moving.

Requirements

  • Technical school OR 3+ years of body repair experience
  • Solid knowledge of collision repair methods and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, kneel, and squat
  • Must be able to work in a shop environment with noise and odors

Nice To Haves

  • I-CAR certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
