About The Position

Collision Repair Technicians / Mechanics of all skill levels are needed. Senior Master Certified Technicians receive 3 weeks of PTO on day one. There is an annual seniority bonus and Christmas bonuses based on flagged hours. A full-time production manager is on-site to assist with the repair process, along with an on-site glass technician and mechanic. The environment is described as a fair dispatching/team work environment with a large loyal customer base and experienced, loyal service advisors. The shop is clean and well-lit with ample stall space. New power lifts are provided for each technician, eliminating the need for kneeling and squatting for body repair. The facility also boasts a new heavy-duty frame rack and computerized frame measuring system, as well as an air flow system that keeps the shop cool and controls dust. As a Collision Technician, you will be required to follow repair estimates and insurance company processes. Responsibilities include straightening frames, removing and reinstalling body panels and structural components, and repairing dents in metal panels using hand and power tools. You will also work with body filler material on repairs and apply paint primer.

Requirements

  • At least one year of previous body repair experience
  • Ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles both automatic and manual transmissions
  • A valid driver license
  • Good driving record
