About The Position
Zenetec is seeking passionate Collision Repair Estimators for their Barrie, Aurora, and Keswick locations. With over 30 years of experience, Zenetec is a trusted name in collision repair, known for quality, integrity, and exceptional customer service. This role involves assessing vehicle damage, preparing repair estimates, communicating with customers and insurance adjusters, and ensuring efficient and high-quality repairs. The position also requires contributing to sales objectives, collaborating with team members, and supporting operational improvements.
Requirements
- Previous collision repair estimating experience is preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to build relationships and generate business.
- Ability to work independently while adapting to a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Valid Class G driver's licence with a clean driving record.

- Willingness to learn and passion for the automotive industry (for individuals without estimating experience).
Responsibilities
- Assess vehicle damage and prepare accurate repair estimates.
- Identify opportunities to generate collision repair business.
- Communicate professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and explain repair estimates, ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
- Work closely with Collision Technicians to ensure clear communication of repair plans and efficient, quality repairs.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and professionally resolve customer concerns.
- Contribute to monthly sales and performance objectives.
- Collaborate with team members, mentor apprentices, and assist with problem-solving.
- Participate in team meetings, company initiatives, and continuous improvement projects.
- Support the Operations Manager in implementing new processes.
- Attend ongoing training to enhance performance.
- Assist and provide coverage for the Repair Planner role as required.
