Requirements

Valid driver's license
Proficiency with CCC ONE
Working knowledge of OEM repair procedures and modern vehicle technology
Excellent organization, documentation and customer-service skills
Ability to manage multiple repairs effectively
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and dependable attendance

Nice To Haves

At least three years of collision estimating or repair-planning experience
DRP experience

Responsibilities

Create complete and accurate estimates and repair plans in CCC ONE.
Guide vehicles from initial contact through final delivery.
Research OEM repair procedures, identifying scanning and calibration requirements.
Handle supplements and insurance documentation.
Maintain proactive communication with customers and insurance partners.
Collaborate closely with technicians, parts and paint teams, vendors, and management to monitor repair progress.
Address potential delays.
Follow up on opportunities.
Ensure every repair meets expectations for customer satisfaction, cycle time, profitability, and compliance.
