Requirements
- Previous experience as a Body Shop Estimator
- Good customer skills
- Good communication skills
- Some experience in writing profitable estimates
- Above average energy level
- Personal and professional integrity
- Clean and valid driver’s license
- Must be willing to submit to a background & driving screen prior to employment
- MUST HAVE PA APPRAISER LICENSE
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly
- Obtain customer and vehicle information
- Prepare body shop estimate of cost for labor, parts, and materials
- Maintain communication with customers and/or insurance companies
- Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
- Explain all completed work and charges to customers
