Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Ability to inspect vehicles and assess visible damage
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working with guests, technicians, and insurers
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and exceptional guest service

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in collision estimating, auto body repair, or a related automotive role
  • Experience using estimating software
  • Familiarity with CCC ONE
  • I-CAR training or certification
  • Strong understanding of collision repair procedures, parts, and repair terminology

Responsibilities

  • Inspect damaged vehicles and prepare accurate, thorough repair estimates
  • Review vehicle damage and identify all necessary repairs
  • Communicate clearly with guests about the repair process, timeline, and next steps
  • Work directly with insurance companies, adjusters, and technicians to support efficient repair planning
  • Ensure estimates are complete, detailed, and aligned with repair standards
  • Monitor multiple repair files and deadlines with strong follow-through
  • Help resolve guest questions and estimate-related concerns professionally
  • Support a positive, team-first collision center environment focused on quality and service
