About The Position
Our Collision Repair Center is looking for a qualified Assistant Manager. This role involves supervising the collision center in the absence of the Manager, assisting with recruiting, hiring, and training employees, and implementing quality standards. The Assistant Manager will manage vehicle flow and production, perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, and resolve customer complaints. Additionally, this position requires managing and developing employees, evaluating performance, motivating teams to achieve operational and financial goals, managing expenses, maximizing profitability, and establishing and maintaining total customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Experienced in the Collision Center industry
- Proven and successful employee management experience
- Ability to manage a fast paced, hands on customer service oriented environment
- Superior organizational and communication skills
- A current valid driver’s license and insurability rating is required
Responsibilities
