About The Position

We are seeking an Appraiser to inspect, photograph and appraise damage to vehicles and other property damaged in an automobile accident or loss. This role involves analyzing damage, estimating repairs, reviewing work, and preparing necessary forms. The position requires effective communication with colleagues, technicians, customers, and vendors to ensure an efficient workflow.

Requirements

Appraisal License is required.
3-5 years of experience in handling auto physical damage appraisals.
Collision Center experience and/or familiarity with the field adjusters/insurance industries.
CCC Pathways and/or other electronic appraisal formats required.
A current valid driver’s license and insurability rating is required.
Good organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills and communication skills are required.

Nice To Haves

I-CAR certification preferred.
Bi-lingual preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze damage to vehicles, including body, structure, mechanical, electrical, and interior components.
Estimate repair costs using repair manuals and professional knowledge for parts and labor.
Review repair costs with the team and perform final damage assessments.
Prepare insurance forms detailing repair cost estimates and recommendations.
Communicate effectively with colleagues, technicians, customers, and vendors for an efficient experience.
