About The Position

The Junior Estimator/Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, in person, over the phone and emails. They manage working relationships with customers and insurance partners while providing administrative support for the repair facility team. Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum: 1 year Customer Service experience, ideally in Automotive Industry
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to multitask and function well in a fast-paced environment
  • Enthusiastic and friendly demeanor
  • Strong knowledge of Google platform and Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

  • Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan.
  • Provide friendly customer service over the phone, in person and over email
  • Schedule appointments for vehicle repair using our repair management system
  • Ensure timely processing of insurance assignments
  • Prepare repair order with proper documentation
  • Record all communication with customers or insurance partners during the repair process using ASE
  • Manage car rental information
  • Actively apply new knowledge from continuous learning, ensuring a high level of work quality that contributes to operational excellence and a positive NPS.
  • Write accurate estimates for the damage of vehicle and repairs to be completed
