About The Position

Fix Auto in Salmon Arm is seeking a Junior Collision Estimator to join their team. Responsibilities

Assist customers in person, over the phone, and through e-mail to provide information on the status of their vehicle repair and estimated completion date.
Schedule bookings for estimates and vehicle repairs.
Effectively support front office operations and various departments in the collision centre.
Assist estimators by taking pictures of damaged vehicles.
Work with the estimator to learn how to assess vehicle damage and write complete estimates.
Deliver repaired vehicles to customers.
