Caliber Collision has an immediate job opening for a Collision General Manager responsible for the overall operation of their center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. This role involves recruiting, recognizing, and retaining talented teammates, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring vehicle repairs are thorough, safe, and profitable, consistent with Caliber’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners, and industry guidelines.
