Support daily front-office and administrative operations while serving as a key liaison between customers, insurance partners, and the body shop team. The role focuses on managing insurance-related processes, tracking repair progress, coordinating documentation, and maintaining strong customer and adjuster relationships. The CSR assists the Body Shop and Office Manager with their daily tasks. Accuracy, organization, and professional customer interaction are essential to ensure smooth workflow, timely payments, and a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Successful completion of background checks and drug screening
  • Proficient in CCC one preferred, other collision management systems considered

Responsibilities

  • Greet internal and external customers; schedule appointments for estimates and repairs via walk‑ins and phone calls
  • Manage daily scheduling and ensure all paperwork is prepared for drop‑offs and estimates
  • Perform daily shop walks to maintain awareness of repair status and workflow
  • Maintain and update CCC ONE scheduling, production board, and related systems
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business
  • Support and participate in marketing and advertising initiatives to drive body shop business
  • Perform accurate data entry for repair order invoices throughout the repair process
  • Follow up with the parts department to ensure timely parts availability
  • Monitor repair progress and vehicle completion; proactively communicate updates to customers
  • Manage document flow to ensure all paperwork is complete, accurate, legible, and properly filed or distributed
  • Prepare final billing for completed repair orders
  • Confirm receipt of payment prior to customer vehicle pickup
  • Assist with control and follow‑up of accounts receivable for body repair work
  • Maintain a professional appearance and customer‑focused attitude
  • Provide support and backup coverage for the Office Manager as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
