About The Position

Haldeman Collision is a family-owned business with 50 years of service in the Trenton-Hamilton community, operating as part of Haldeman Auto Group. We are known for our thorough auto body repair, free estimates, professional loaner vehicles, and genuine hometown service. We are seeking a Collision Center Manager to join our team.

Requirements

• Experience in auto body estimating or solid background in paint/body repair.
• Familiarity with industry software (CCC One, Mitchell) preferred.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple claims.
• Ability to work under pressure; estimators are the face of the shop, balancing expectations from techs, insurers, and clients.

Nice To Haves

• Commission or bonus structure based on sales or gross profit commonly offered in estimating roles.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate, detailed collision repair estimates using CCC or Mitchell platforms.
• Meet with customers to assess damage, explain estimates, answer questions, and upsell quality repairs or OEM parts.
• Collaborate with technicians and parts teams to plan repair scopes and timelines.
• Work with customers, body shop staff, and insurance adjusters to manage claims and approvals.
• Support shop growth goals through sales-oriented estimating and consistent customer experiences.
• Manage the workflow and Technicians.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Manager the Technicians and shop compliance.
