Requirements
- Experience as a paint prepper in an automotive collision center.
- Knowledge of surface preparation techniques (cleaning, sanding, masking).
- Ability to apply primer.
- Attention to detail to ensure a high-quality finish.
- Understanding of automotive repair processes.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to proper repair procedures.
- Must be a team player and have a positive attitude.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with OEM and ICAR training.
- Familiarity with state-of-the-art collision repair equipment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare vehicle bodies for painting by cleaning, sanding, masking, and applying primer.
- Ensure surfaces are smooth and free of imperfections before painting.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
