About The Position

Jovie is an independently owned, community and purpose-driven organization that provides caregivers with training, resources, and support to develop their childcare skills and confidence on the job. Jovie families need your joy, your sense of fun, and your childcare know-how. Jovie has helped thousands of parents find childcare with full or part-time nannies and sitters and emergency back-up care. This is an excellent opportunity for a college student, as there is built-in downtime during the children's activities, providing time to study or complete homework. A wonderful family in Frontenac is looking for a reliable, responsible after-school sitter for their 9-year-old twins. The sitter will pick the children up from school and safely transport them to and from their after-school activities. The family would like to find someone who will remain with them throughout the duration of the 2026-2027 school year.

Requirements

Minimum age requirement of 18 years.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
Must be willing to transport children as part of duties.
Subject to a mandatory background check.
A clean driving record is essential for this position!
Dependable, organized, has excellent communication skills, and prioritizes safety behind the wheel.
