About The Position

The College Store Coordinator is responsible for assisting the College Store Manager with the overall operation of the College Store. This includes assisting with the reconciliation of register receipts and register closeout reports for submission to the Accounting Office, management of course material adoptions, and inventory management (placing/receiving orders, processing invoices, processing returns, etc.). The coordinator will assume responsibility for the College Store in the Manager's absence and will assist students, faculty, and staff with in-store and online purchases and refunds in accordance with established procedures.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
