About The Position
Gordon Food Service’s College Program offers firsthand experience and meaningful projects at its Home Office. Participants work alongside industry professionals and receive mentorship, professional development, and networking opportunities to learn about different aspects of the food service industry. In this role, the student works with the Credit team, which serves customers, employees, and partners across North America and Canada.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Graduate with an Accounting, Finance, or Economics degree.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate credit applications, financial statements, and credit reports.
- Coordinate credit hold reviews, order release approvals, and payment arrangements in accordance with company credit policy.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and audit trails within ERP and credit management software.
