The College Intern is responsible for providing essential curriculum and operational support for the program. They will maintain a learning-conducive educational environment while assisting with general operational duties and activities. Requirements
- Current student pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a STEM or health focused major.
- One (1) year experience (ex: work, volunteer, shadowing, internship, other).

Responsibilities
- Planning, preparing, and implementing curriculum related to social emotional learning through teambuilders and self-care sessions.
- Maintain an organized and fun classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Assist students in the development of research projects: grammar, connection to the curriculum, inter group communication, other.
- Lead teambuilding activities to begin the day.
- Assist with operational efforts and work with teachers as needed.
- Prepare supplies and equipment during the day, communicating with the instructors and staff as needed.
- Deliver any module, classroom, test prep, and general supplies/equipment as needed from the storage closet at the start, during, and at the end of the day.
- Take pictures and media related content of programming as needed by the team.
- Recognize and work through conflicts, invite discussion on differences, and arrange for a third party to assist, if necessary.
- Ensure lab safety guidelines are adhered to in the classroom.
