College for Teens Summer Camp Instructors
About The Position
MCC’s Continuing Education Division is seeking enthusiastic and experienced non-credit instructors to provide engaging, hands-on learning experiences for youth participating in summer career exploration camps. Instructors introduce students to industry-related skills, career pathways, and real-world applications in a safe, supportive, and interactive environment. Responsibilities include leading daily activities, supervising participants, promoting student engagement, and creating a positive learning experience that encourages career awareness and personal growth. MCC will hold camps at multiple locations throughout the Metro area.
Requirements
- Teaching experience (kids/teens)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and deliver engaging and practical course content
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to helping others achieve personal growth and enrichment
