About The Position

Collegewise counselors help students build authentic, meaningful high school experiences, develop differentiated applications that reflect who they genuinely are, find colleges that are the right fit for them, and help their families breathe a little easier. The company offers different counseling tracks: Core Counselor (relationship-based counseling across flagship programs, with a caseload of 40-50 students, guiding families through the full college process, often over multiple years) and Signature Counselor (relationship-based counseling for the highest touch offering, with more frequent meetings and deep engagement, with a caseload equivalency of no more than 25 students). Further details on caseload expectations, day-to-day responsibilities, counselor levels, and compensation ranges by track are available on their Counselor Roles page.
