Fort Worth Country Day’s College Counseling Office is seeking a College Counseling Associate to manage the logistical and administrative processes of a dynamic high school college counseling office. The candidate for this position will be part of a closely-knit, hard-working team and must be able to flourish in a high-energy, fast-paced high school environment. This position reports directly to the Director of College Counseling. The College Counseling Associate’s daily responsibilities will vary with different times of the academic year. This is a full-time, non-exempt position typically working prior to the school year beginning in early August through the first week of June (dates will vary depending on the school calendar) with breaks for Thanksgiving, Winter Break and Spring Break. Anticipated work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:15 a.m. - 4:30 p.m, with occasional before or after school meetings. Candidates should be prepared to work longer hours as needed at various points during the academic year, particularly during September, October and May, with occasional evenings and weekends due to programming run by the College Counseling Office.
