About The Position

We need a detail oriented customer service enthusiast like yourself to join our Mortgage Servicing group as a Collector, Mortgage Servicing. Bring your knowledge and passion for loan servicing to us. The Collector is primarily responsible for Collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast paced goal oriented collections department. This position provides customer service regarding collection issues, reviewing account for correct resolution and is accountable for reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of high volume collections experience.
• Prior experience in Mortgage Collections is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collection calls and/or correspondence in a fast paced goal oriented collections department.
• Provides customer service regarding collection issues.
• Reviewing account for correct resolution.
• Reducing delinquency for assigned accounts.
• Have both inbound and outbound call responsibilities each day on your defined customer list.
• Develop your own strategy around effective calling campaigns and resolutions.
• Work closely with your team and manager to develop solutions and remedy delinquency matters.
