Prepares departmental staff schedules including adjustments post staff schedule release. Assists with various record review; takes staff call duties as required; assigns resources to drives including staff and assets; assists in assessing blood drive efficiency by calculating the BDER metric for each drive (Collected Units/Staff Productive Hours); and assists in forecasting staff attribute needs and training availability.
