About The Position

R+L Carriers has an immediate need for Collections Specialist at our Wilmington, OH Service Center office. The individual will be responsible for an inventory of accounts, monitoring and reaching out to customers to recover unpaid and overdue shipping invoices.

Requirements

• Professional and self-motivated.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft programs.
• Ability to contact delinquent accounts via phone and email.
• Ability to review disputes and submit to appropriate department.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment under a deadline.

Responsibilities
