About The Position

R+L Carriers has an immediate need for a Collections Specialist at their Wilmington, OH Service Center office. This full-time position involves managing an inventory of accounts, monitoring them, and reaching out to customers to recover unpaid and overdue shipping invoices. The role requires professionalism, self-motivation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment under deadlines.

Requirements

• Must be professional and self-motivated.
• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact delinquent accounts via phone and email to secure late payments.
• Review disputes and submit them to the appropriate department for review.
• Perform tasks in Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft programs.
